Demos Demou
Demos is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus since 1996, and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Demos has a total of 30 years in managerial key positions as a CFO, including 14 years with international shipping companies and 5 years in the banking sector.
He qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2015.
Alexandros Tsirides
Alexandros Tsirides is the Managing Director of Costas Tsirides & Co LLC.
He graduated from University College London in 1996. He was called to the English Bar as member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 1997 and completed his Master of Laws in 1998 with specialisation in Commercial and Corporate Law.
He qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2015 and later on the same year he was appointed as a member of the Insolvency Practitioners’ Examination Committee.
Photini Tsiridou
Photini, graduated from the City University in 2000 with First Class Honours.
She was called to the English Bar in 2001.
In 2002, completed her Master of Laws with Distinction from University College London with specialisation in Maritime Law.
She was called to the Cyprus Bar in 2003.
Photini specialises in Construction Law and Arbitration, Banking Law and Maritime Law.
Irina Loutchina
Irina Loutchina graduated from Moscow State Academy of Law in 1988.
In 2000 she was called to the Cyprus Bar Association.
Irina joined Costas Tsirides & Co LLC in 2010 and she is a member of the managerial team until today.
She qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2015 and specialises in Insolvency, Corporate Law and Banking Law.
